Sagamu LG Election: All Progressives Congress Concludes Campaign with Grand Rally
The All Progressives Congress (APC) wrapped up its campaign for the local government election with a grand rally at Ita Oba, Sagamu, ahead of Saturday’s polls. The rally drew party leaders and faithful, including Hon. Funmilayo Efuwape, Prince Adebayo Samsudeen Apelogun, and Akile Taofeek Sokoya Danku.
Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate, the party’s flag bearer, was the focus of the rally, with supporters from wards 1 to 15 in Sagamu attending in large numbers. APC leaders urged party members to vote and stand by their choices.
“This is a moment to celebrate because with God on our side, we believe we are going to come out victorious,” AFO said briefly, advising supporters to vote according to the law.
Other dignitaries in attendance included Hon. Adeniran Ademola, and Hon. Ajetunmobi Abeeb Samuel.
The rally marked the final push for the APC before the local government election on November 16, 2024.
Also complying complying with the Ogun State Electoral Commission (OGESIC) directive, The All Progressives Congress (APC) Sagamu In a statement through the 2024 APC SLG Election Media & Publicity Directorate warned the public to disregard any further campaign materials bearing the name of Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate (AFO) or the APC logo, as they are unauthorized.
The party reaffirmed its commitment to upholding electoral regulations and expressed gratitude for public support.7
