Batshuayi, who was speaking with the Turkish media ahead of his team’s next game in the Turkish Supa Lig, said that he cannot wait to line up with Osimhen in the Galatasaray attack.
He disclosed that he can play as a single forward or a double forward in any game but noted that Osimhen is very good with aerial balls because he is a tall player.
“I can play as a single forward or a double forward. Victor is good at aerial balls because he is tall. He also makes deep runs, while I am good technically on my side,” Batshuayi declared.
This comes days after Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk stated that Victor Osimhen is better than Norwegian striker Erling Haaland.
The tactician who made the remarks in a chat with the Turkish media said that Osimhen, who has scored eight goals across all competitions for Galatasaray, is better than Haaland on current form.
He stated that there are not many elite strikers in Europe, and Haaland may come to mind first, but since Manchester City has lost in recent weeks, then Osimhen is the best right now.
