Arne Slots reacts to questions about new signings for Liverpool before transfer window closes
Arne Slot, the newly employed coach of English Premier League (EPL) side Liverpool has reacted to questions of signing new players before the transfer window closes.
Slot who was responding to an inquiry by newsmen in a recent interview said that Liverpool has so many good players. Still, if they find another useful talent they’ll not hesitate to sign the player.
“We have many good players… if we can find another one, we don’t hesitate to do so,” he told TNT.
Recall that the coach in an earlier chat with Liverpool ECHO’s LFC correspondent, Paul Gorst said that the club will keep its eye open and see what’s available.
Slot noted that the idea is about signing players that can strengthen the squad.
He said; “A club like Liverpool always keeps its eye open to see what’s available, Richard is working hard…”.
“It’s about players that can strengthen the squad, that’s what we are looking to do… not particular to one position,” he said via @ptgorst
