“All in the name of content na wa o!” – Food Vendor Faces Backl@sh For Rubbing Seasoning on L!ve Fish (WATCH)
A food vendor faces criticism after rubbing spice seasoning and pepper on live fish for social media content.
The trending video has sparked outrage online as many criticized the food vendor for attempting to deceive customers because of content.
The diners claimed in the caption that they almost started eating the grilled fish before realizing it was alive because it kept wiggling its tail on the foil.
As observed in the video, the living fish continued to move on the foil after the spice combination was rubbed on its body.
The fish had been prepped for a social media stunt rather than grilled because the aluminum foil looked neat.
Due to issues raised by the video over animal abuse, the vendor’s social media prank backfired. Many chastised the food vendor and the purported diners for trying to trick internet users.
