Former Fulham coach Stuart Gray says he’s impressed with Ademola Lookman’s improvement
Former Fulham FC caretaker manager Stuart Gray has declared that he is impressed with the improvement of Super Eagles and Atalanta FC striker Ademola Lookman.
Gray, who disclosed in a chat with The Scottish Sun said that the player has become physically stronger and his brain seems to be working quicker.
The coach, who once worked closely with Lookman during their time together at Fulham, also added that the player is confident that he can take anyone on.
“He’s become physically stronger. His brain seems to be working quicker with his first touch and his receiving of the ball. With his confidence as well, the boy can take anyone on and think he’s going to beat them,” he was quoted by The Scottish Sun.
Gray further noted in the chat with the media outlet that Lookman, who is just 26 years- old, has not peaked yet, as he is going to be a menace for defenders in the future.
‘‘He’s like a golfer with the amount of hours they put in. It’s a huge credit to him that he’s not just stayed in this country. He’s got off his backside and gone abroad. He’s only 26; he’s not even peaked.”
