Napoli Chief Giovanni Manna has told those who care to listen that Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will not join Galatasaray permanently at the end of the season.

Manna who disclosed in a chat with the media stated unequivocally that Galatasaray does not have the budget to pay the amount to acquire the services of Osimhen.

He stated further that Galatasaray cannot afford the €75 million fee required to sign Osimhen but there are other teams in Europe and beyond that can afford to part with the sum.

“Our door is closed to negotiations. Galatasaray does not have the budget to pay this amount at this moment,” Manna was quoted by Webaslan.

“The fee is €75 million, there are many teams that want Osimhen. They are ready to pay this amount.”

Manna’s comments come days after reports emerged in Turkey that Galatasaray will offer cash plus Davinson Sanchez, Baris Alper Yilmaz, or Yunus Akgun for the striker.
